1. Services Provided
Clean India Top Choice offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Specific services requested will be agreed upon during booking and confirmed in the final quote.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or messaging platforms.
- A confirmation will be sent once the appointment is scheduled.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or uncontrollable circumstances with prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All quotes are free and non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on scope, time, and condition of the space.
- Payments must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payments.
- Late payments may incur a fee.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued once services are rendered, unless service was incomplete or unsatisfactory as per our Satisfaction Guarantee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the premises at the agreed time.
- Remove or secure valuables and sensitive materials.
- Notify us of any pets, delicate surfaces, or special instructions prior to service.
6. Liability
- While we take great care, Clean India Top Choice is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by unstable furniture or fixtures.
- Our team is insured and trained, but accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll re-clean the area at no extra charge.
- This guarantee does not apply if the issue is due to post-cleaning interference or misuse.
8. Health & Safety
- We use safe, industry-standard cleaning products. Let us know in advance about any allergies or sensitivities.
- Our staff may refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., pest infestations, hazardous waste, etc.).
9. Privacy
- Your contact and booking details are confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
- We do not store any payment information.
10. Changes to Terms
Clean India Top Choice reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to implementation.
